Probleme bei der Erstellung eines Virtuellen Rechners

Hallo,

an was könnte es liegen, dass ich bei der Erstellung eines virtuellen Servers

A) Den Speicherort der Festplatte

B) das ISO-File

nicht auswählen kann?

Verwende Umbuntu 9.04 64bit mit der neusten VMware Serverversion. Das ganze auf einem root-Server.

Verwendest du vielleicht "easy install" ?

WARUM laedst du denn nicht eine fertige VM hoch ????

Habe gerade nochmals den Root-Server neu installiert. Dann gehe ich es nochmal durch.

So, ich habe alles nochmal neu auf dem root-server installiert.

Nun funktioniert auch das Menü "Select File".

Leider sehe ich hier aber nur meine inventory-Liste mit meinem Ubunutu 9.04-System. Das kann ich aufklappen. Hier komme aber nur ein Ordner namens "Standard". Dieser ist leer.

Wo liegt auf dem Server dieser Ordner? Hier müsste ja dann eini ISO-File abgelegt werden.
