snapshot löschen bringt fehler

hi,
ich habe mir als schulungssystem unter linux (suse 10.0) als host ein windows 2003 eingerichtet.
statt auf capture screen ist irgendjemand mal auf snapshot gekommen...
ich wollte nun den snapshot löschen auf auf den aktuellen stand vereinen.

leider bringt remove snapshot jedoch folgende fehlermeldung:

VMDB failure

was fehlt, wie bekomme ich den snapshot los und erhalte alle änderungen...?
