Error 1335. The Cabinet file "Data.Cab" ist corrup

Hallo zusammen!

Bei der Installation auf einem anderen PC bekomme ich den folgenden Fehler:

"Error 1335. The Cabinet file 'Data1.cab' required for this installation is corrupt and cannot be used. This could indicate a network error, an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with this package."

jetzt weiß ich nicht weiter. Hat jemand eine Ahnung, was man hier machen müsste.

Frisch runtergeladen? Nochmals auf CD brennen?

Sieht wohl danach aus als ob die "Data1.cab" beschädigt ist.

Also eigentlich sagt die Fehlermeldung auch das aus
