HOT storage vmotion vi3

Hi we currently using esx 3.5 with 30 TB of Cx4 storage with 60 LUNs on all esx server. now are planning to buy new 50 TB storage and will migrate all the virtual machine to new storage problem is that for storage vmotion in 3.5 we need to shutdown all the virtual machine then after we can do the storage vmotion.can any body tell me how can i do hot storage vmotion from esx 3.5 zero downtime. idea is that move all the virtual machine folder from old storage to new storage withour any downtime.

If you have a Enterprise licence you can use Storage vMotion for this step. VMware only provide commandline tools for this step and and easy way is to use VMware VIMA for this task.

Another way would be to use this plugin http://sourceforge.net/projects/vip-svmotion/.
