Fehler beim Laden des Betriebssystem

Hallo Leute,

brauche dringend Hilfe. Nachdem mein Betriebssyste, beim Bootvorgang meine externe Festplatte automatisch auf Fehler überprüft hat, sind wohl einige Daten repariert worden. Dabei sind aus unerklärlichen Gründen auch die VM Ware Dateien bearbeitet worden, sodass ich diese VM Ware nicht mehr starten kann. Es kommen mehrere Fehlermeldungen
1. Operation on file "m:\....\ XP Professional0001.vmdk" Der Datenträger einer Datei wurde extern so geändert, dass die geöffnete Datei nicht mehr gültig ist.

2.Fehler beim laden des Betriebssystem

3.Could not create "m:\.....\nvram" Could not find the file (obwohl vorhanden)

Naechstes mal biite als jpg oder png posten - danke.

Als erstes mal loesch die vorhandene *.nvram und die *.vmem
Dann start noch mal - am besten in eine BartPE oder Knoppix - am besten waere eine BartPE.
Wenn das moeglich ist - mach damit einen checkdisk mit allen optionen.

Ich habe die *.vmem und die nvram gelöscht und neu gebootet, danach lief es einwandfrei.
