Nur Schwarzer Bildschirm!

HI ich benutze VMware Workstation 5.5.1, wenn ich ich aber eine Virtuelle Maschine erstelle und sie starte bleibt der bildschirm einfach schwarz. Ich hab schon viele einstellungen probiert aber nix hat genutzt. Ich zähl mal eine konfiguration auf damit ihr sehen könnt ob ich da was falsch mache. Also ich nehm die Typical option nehm dann Windows XP Profesionell, lasse denn Virtuellen Maschienen namen nd speicher ort auf standart, dann "do not use a network connection", 4 GB Fetplatten kapazität und mache dann Fertigstellen.Wenn ich jetz auf Play drücke öffnet sich zwar die virtuelle maschiene es kommt auch keine Fehlermeldung aber der Bildschirm bleibt einfach schwarz. Ich hoffe da kann mir jemand weiterhelfen.

kommt das bios noch? Da sollte eine Anzeige mit einem VMWare Bios erscheinen.
In jedem Falle ist der schwarze Schirm das einzige was Du erwarten kannst, wenn Du noch kein OS im Gast installiert hast.

-1- Welches Betriebssystem hat der Host?
-2- Gab es Fehler bei der Installation?
-3- Wenn Windows: liefen bei der Installation Virenscanner, etc.? Wenn Linux: Nach der Installation muß noch ein Konfig-Skript laufen, gab es da Fehler?
-4- VMWare legt bei Windows einige Services an, laufen die?
-5- Hast Du irgendeine verschärfte Security eingestellt, so dass der User ggf. keine Leserechte auf alle Files hat?

Das Problem habe ich schon mal gehört. Hat hier jemand gepostet, such mal nach "kein bios" oder solchen Dingen.

Mein Problem hat wohl damit zu tuhen das ich eine 100% Processor Auslastung hab, kann mir dies aber nicht erklären. Woran liegt das?


edit// Wenn ich die Virtuelle Maschiene laufen lasse kommt nach ca. 15 Minuten das Bios, also liegt es wirklich an der extrem Prossesor Auslastung. Die frage ist jetzt, wie bekomme ich die weg.

VMware verträgt z.B. folgendes nicht:
2 VMs parallel starten, das dauert dann wesentlich länger, als wenn man beide nacheinander starten würde (die zweite erst, wenn die erste fertig gebootet hat).

Wenn Du nur eine VM startet und keine andere läuft, würde ich mal im US-Forum anfragen, ob Dein Prozessor nicht ggf. ungeeignet oder nur mit speziellen Schaltern geeignet ist.

Bis zum aktivieren der VMWare-Tools ist die CPU-Auslastung oft extrem, da die Gäste die Idle-Zeit nicht teilen mit dem Host. Wenn Deine CPU stark zur Überhitzung neigt, könnte es sein, dass sie heruntergetaktet wird, was den Boot-Vorgang natürlich noch weiter ausdehnt. Aber 15 Minuten sind wirklich extrem...

Schreib mal Deine HW (CPU, RAM-Takt, Motherboard und so ) hier rein, ggf. hat ja einer die Gleiche und ähnliche Probleme oder eben auch nicht, dann kann man vergleichen.
