Hallo, ich habe folgendes Problem:

Als Host-Betriebssystem läuft bei mir Windows Vista Home-Edition und ich habe VMware Server Version 1.0.4. Als Gast-Betriebssystem möchte ich gerne Ubuntu oder Xubuntu jeweils Version 7.10 installieren und zwar von einer iso-image Datei. Diese binde ich ganz normal über ein CD-Rom Laufwerk ein und dies funktioniert auch soweit. Wenn ich also die virtuelle Maschine starte bootet es das Ubuntu. Klicke ich nun auf Ubuntu installieren, dann sollte normalerweise eine Installationsroutine kommen, stattdessen, hab ich immer die gleiche Fehlermeldung:

Ich habe keine Ahnung was ich tun soll, hab schon alles mögliche Versucht....

PS: Ich habe ein Notebook mit Prozessor AMD Turion 64 X2 Prozessor

Viellecht, VMware Server auf einem unterstützten Betriebssystem installieren? Oder zumindest auf WinXP Pro?
