Hallo,

erstmal super, dass Euer Forum x-mal schneller ist als das Original - und dann auch noch deutsch.

Ich habe auf einem Ubuntu 7.04 64bit Guest eine VMware-Console 1.0.4 eingerichtet. Hat alles fehlerfrei funktioniert.

Beim Start von /usr/bin/vmware-server-console bekomme ich aber folgende Fehlermeldung:

/usr/lib/vmware-server-console/lib/wrapper-gtk24.sh: 316: /usr/lib/vmware-server-console/bin/vmware-server-console: not found

/usr/lib/vmware-server-console/lib/wrapper-gtk24.sh: 370: /usr/lib/vmware-server-console/bin/vmware-server-console: not found

root@:/usr/bin# ls -l /usr/lib/vmware-server-console/bin/vmware-server-console
-r-xr-xr-x 1 root root 7608104 2007-10-22 12:03 /usr/lib/vmware-server-console/bin/vmware-server-console

Ist aber da und ausführbar. Hat jemand ne Idee, was das sein kann?

Ich hab selber natürlich weitergeschaut und folgenden Link gefunden:
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/VMware/Server/AMD64
und auch alles beachtet. Funktioniert aber nicht.

Wenn ich folgendes ausführe (eine zeile)
sh -x /usr/lib/vmware-server-console/lib/wrapper-gtk24.sh /usr/lib/vmware-server-console/lib /usr/lib/vmware-server-console/bin/vmware-server-console /usr/lib/vmware-server-console/libconf

bekomme ich am Schluß nach Aufruf des binaries einen ReturnCode 1:
Kann wer die "not found" Meldungen interpretieren?
