Guest-System bootet sporadisch

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe auf einigen Servern unter VMware Server (überwiegend Version 1.0.2 / sporadisch Version 1.0.3) das Problem das die Guest-Systeme neu starten und ich weiss nicht warum.
Eine Benutzerinteraktion kann ausgeschlossen werden, ebenso eine Anwendung / Cronjob.

Im Guest-Eventlog steht folgendes:
