Hallo,
veeam 10 ist raus.

Lese ich das richtig das man eine beliebige Anzahl VMs sicher kann.
Ich frage weil unsrere VM-Explorer Umgebung ja nun mal bei einem ESX Update sterben wird da wir nicht zu Microfocus wechseln wollen.
Das wäre dann eine mehr als günstige Alternative für meine Testumgebungen.

Nein das liest du Falsch. Ich lese "Veeam® Backup & Replication™ Community Edition contains far greater functionality than its predecessor, Veeam Backup FREE Edition, and provides all the capabilities included in Veeam Backup & Replication Standard edition for FREE, for up to 10 VMs or a combination of VMs, cloud instances, physical servers or workstations"

Damit kannst Du manuelle Komplettbackups erstellen.

Ich ziehe gerade eine Testbüchse hoch und teste das mal aus.

konnte 28 Systeme auswählen ohne das es eine Meldung auf Limit gab.
Habe das Backup jetzt mal gestartet.
Frage:
Speichert Veeam in einem eigenen Format oder kann man auch einfach die Originalformate ablegen?
