VM in VM: Binary Translation - long mode ?

Hallo

ich möchte/muss in meiner VM auch mit dem vmware Player virtualisieren.

Erhalte jedoch diese Meldung:
Binary translation is incompatible with long mode on this platform. Disabling long mode. ...

ich habe standardeinstellungen bis auf die unterste Einstellung unter Optionen - CPU/MMU Virtualization.

Die habe ich ausgewählt jedoch ändert das nichts an der Funktion, vorher stand es auf automatisch.

das ist wahrscheinlich eine 64-bit VM?
Je nach phys. Hardware musst Du im Bios Deines Rechners die hardware-unterstützung für Virtualisierung einschalten.

Was für eine OS bzw welches VMware-Produkt läuft auf der pHW?
Welche CPU ist verbaut?

Die Thematik Running Nested VMs hat "jmattson" sehr umfangreich beschrieben.

Virtualized HV is fully supported for virtual hardware version 9 VMs on hosts that support Intel VT-x and EPT or AMD-V and RVI. To enable virtualized HV, use the web client and navigate to the processor settings screen. Check the box next to "Expose hardware-assisted virtualization to the guest operating system." This setting is not available under the traditional C# client.
