ERROR_CODE: (NTSTATUS) 0xc0000185 - The I/O device reported

Hallo zusammen,
wir haben für unsere Exchange 2010 umgebung zwei VM Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise und setzen diese als Mailbox Server ein.
Exchange beschwert sich regelmäßig über Performance probleme und I/O fehler.
z.B.
Event ID 482:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Information Store (5476) DB03: An attempt to write to the file "I:\LOG03\E03.log" at offset 889344 (0x00000000000d9200) for 512 (0x00000200) bytes failed after 0 seconds with system error 1117 (0x0000045d): "The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error. ". The write operation will fail with error -1022 (0xfffffc02). If this error persists then the file may be damaged and may need to be restored from a previous backup.
Windows System Logs geben regelmäßig diese Warnungen aus:
