ESX installation success, bootup kernel fails...

Hello all,
I am from the states and do not understand a word of German, sorry. I installed ESX on my machine, specifically its a Dell SC420 server.
After I install it, it reboots and when it comes up, the kernel crashes. I dont have the exact message presently, I can put it up tomorrow. Can someone please help me? I am located in Boston. If someone is in this area and can help me, that would be great too.

Kernel crashes (PSOD's) are mostly caused by hardware errors (RAM, CPU ...) or incompatible hardware. Ensure that your system works properly (maybe you install a windows system and perform a longer check).

Please post your PSOD.

is it actually a PSOD? Or does it say - Kernel Panic - Init not found?
