Netzwerkprobleme - DHCP geht noch, danach alles tot

Hi all,

ich bekomme hier echt noch die Krise :cry:

Folgendes:

Host ist ein Windows 2008 Server mit VMware Server 2.0.1.

Ich habe gerade ein frisches Windows XP in eine VM Installiert.

Starte ich die VM, fährt Windows fehlerfrei hoch, holt sich vom DHCP sogar brav eine IP Adresse, aber das war es auch schon.

Es kann weder vom Host, noch von der VM, noch von irgendwo anders her auf die VM bzw. von der VM auf das Netzwerk zugegriffen werden (Ping etc.).

Selbst ein Ping auf den Server, vom dem sich die VM gerade eben erst eine IP gezogen hat geht nicht.

Vom Host auf den DHCP Server bzw. umgekehrt hingegen ist Lan Zugriff bzw. Pingen kein Problem.

Deaktiviere ich das LAN in der VM, lösche die Lease auf dem DHCP, und aktiviere das LAN wieder, kann ich auf dem DHCP Server Live sehen wie die VM eine neue IP zugewiesen bekommt etc.

Aber das war es dann auch schon, danach ist keine Kommunikation mehr möglich. Die Firewall in der VM UND auf dem Host hatte ich schon test weise deaktiviert, ohne Erfolg.
Was aber auch gewundert hätte, da andere VMs auf dem gleichen Host ja mit dem Netzwerk Kommunizieren können.

Hat dafür einer eine Erklärung?

Wenn gar nichts gehen würde, wäre das das eine, aber das der sich brav erst eine IP vom DHCP Server holt, und danach ist das Netzwerk tot, das verwundert mich doch schon ziemlich.

Also ich bin da mit meinem Latein erst mal am Ende.... :cry:

Poste oder verlinke mal das vollständige vmware.log, dann sehen wir weiter.

Der Witz dabei ist ja, das im "Status der LAN-Verbindung" auch schön angezeigt wird, das angeblich Pakete gesendet und Empfangen werden, zumindest steigt der Wert dort immer mal wieder an, auch wenn man überhaupt nichts macht.

Aber es ist keine Verbindung, Ping etc. möglich. Und das obwohl er ja noch Sekunden vorher Problemlos den DHCP Server erreicht hat.

Auch eine feste IP ändert nichts, die VM ist "tot".

Edit: Habe die VM jetzt mal auf einen anderen Server kopiert, dort läuft Windows Server 2003 R2 64Bit.

Dort die VM hochgefahren, Sie bekommt die gleiche IP (ich habe gesagt ich hätte Sie verschoben, damit die MAC Adresse gleich bleibt etc.) und dort geht das Netzwerk sofort und ohne Probleme.

Werde jetzt den VMware Server2 nochmals komplett Löschen und neu installieren.

So,

hatte das jetzt alles komplett deinstalliert, alles was noch an Resten war von Hand gelöscht, und neu Installiert.

Hatte mich dann erst mal gefreut, das es "geht".

Aber zu früh gefreut, gerade die XP VM gestartet, DHCP wird angesprochen, IP bezogen, und das war es, danach ist keine Kommunikation mehr mit dem Netzwerk möglich.

Habe mal Testweise eine "ipconfig /renew" versucht, das Ergebnis ist das er sich beschwert das er keine Verbindung zum DHCP Server aufbauen konnte.

Deaktiviert man kurz das LAN Interface, und aktiviert es wieder, dann geht es, aber nur eben für diesen kurzen Augenblick, Verbindung zum DHCP und bum, das war es, Netzwerk ist tot.
