Setting up vGPU on ESXI 7.0.2 with Quadro 4000 possible?

Has somebody Knowledge about VGPU Drivers for a VMware ESXI 7.0.2 Host.
We only want to get this work for testing. This is no Long Term solution.
My Question:
Is there a way to get vGPU working with this setup: VMNware ESXI 7.0.2 & NVIDIA GF100GL Quadro 4000?
We already know there is no official support for VGPU from NVIDIA for the Quadro 4000 for ESXI 7.0.2.
We also know that the Quadro requires a Driver Version that starts with 390. … (The Installation Software we reveived from NVIDIA is 470. …)
We found out that the vGPU Driver Version for ESXI 6.7 is also 390. …
First Question:
Does this Quadro 4000 work with vGPU on ESXi 6.7?
And despite that,
Can we run vGPU on our current Workstation with Community Supported Drivers (open source) ?
