VMDK von Linux nach Windows

Hallo!

Ich habe bislang unter SUSE 10.x einen VMware-Guest (WinXP) laufen lassen. Diese Guest möchte ich jetzt auf einen Windows-Host umziehen.

Nun meckert der Windows-Host allerdings rum => "The file specified is not a virtual disk"

Geht das schlicht und ergreifend nicht, muss ich da mit dem Diskmanager noch eingreifen oder woran könnte es liegen?

Die Files sind vollständig. Ich habe einfach das komplette Verzeichnis mit den Files stumpf auf Fileebene von dem Linux-PC auf den Win-PC kopiert.

Vielleicht noch eine Idee?

das sieht nicht gut aus:

Poste mal die genaue Groessenangabe fuer alle *vmdk-files
