Physical Address Extension (PAE) Fehlermeldung

Hallo,
ich habe mir auf mein neues Laptop (Windows XP Prof 1 GB RAM 3 Mhz Speicher) unter der VM-Ware 4.0 Windows XP Prof und XP Home installiert. Bei beiden bekomme ich folgende Fehlermeldung:
***VMware Worstation internal monitor error (bug 9297)***
This bug is generally due to VMware Workstation´s incomplete
implementation of the Physical Address Extension (PAE).
Please disable PAE in the guest operating system tu use VMware Workstation.
