sally zusammen,

hat jemand schon das zetra rc3 deluxe
unter vmware als guest zu laufen bekommen ?

bei mir bricht die installation sofort ab . kurzes bild von zeta
pci u. kernel wird abgefragt ... das war es .

mein vmware >> 4.05 build 6030

im normalen modus lässt sich das zeta mit der cd installieren.

6030 braucht zwar nicht soviele Resourcen wie WS 4.5 aber dafuer ist die virtuelle Hardware auch eindeutig nicht so gut geeignet fuer Exoten.
Denk mal an ein Update - von 4.05 nach 4.5 kostet 0,-

bei mir lief zeta neo - nicht schön, aber ging. naja, stotterte. war aber durchaus so brauchbar, dass ich erkennen konnte, dass ich zeta nicht brauche. das einzige was wirklich nicht lief war das netzwerk - und damit steht und fällt für mich ein betriebssystem.

meine vmware-version war aber schon die 5.0 build 13124 - etwa vier wochen vorher hatte ich versucht zeta auf der 4.5.2 buid 8848 zu installieren: das hat zwar nach vielen stunden geklappt, aber man konnte nichts mit machen: 16 graustufen, die maus ruckte im 2 sekunden takt, in der hardware-liste im zeta-menue waren überall fragezeichen.

wenn du wert drauf legst kram ich (auf nachfrage) den screenshot wieder raus - den kannst du dir dann in diesem thread anschauen.
