Ich habe ein Panasonic CF-H2 Toughbook mit folgendem Problem:

1. Blanke Windows Installation: VMware Workstation 16.1 funktioniert.
2. Nach der Treiberinstallation von Panasonic kann ich die VM nicht mehr starten "Failed to power on". Exception 0xc0000005 (access violation)

Ich habe schon alles mögliche was mit nicht zwingend erforderlich erscheint deinstalliert an Software und Treiber. Aber noch kein Erfolg.

Wer kann helfen?

Die VM an sich ist ok, die kann ich vom selben Medium kopiert auf meinem normalen PC einwandfrei starten.

Selbst eine neu erstellte Vorlage ohne irgendwas an Installation auf VMware Workstation 16.1 bringt sofort einen Fehler und läd nicht mal das Bios oder irgendwas...

Jemand eine Idee?

Dein Log deutet an, dass du die VM im "Unity"-Mode startest - probier doch mal, diesen auszustellen.

Das ändert leider nichts.
Ich habe auch schon: VMWare Tools deinstalliert über den normalen PC wo die VM läuft, USB Geräte alle abgesteckt, 3D Beschleunigung ausgeschaltet, USB Controller, Soundkarte, alle Netzwerkkarten aus der VM entfernt und starten versucht: Klappt alles nicht....

Ich bin kein Freund von Log-Ausschnitten, weil VMware seine Logs gerne mit unwichtigen Einträgen überfüllt und dadurch meist wichtige Teile fehlen bzw übersehen werden. Einfach das ungekürzte Log als Datei oder aus Platzgründen gezippt anhängen.

Gibt es Gründe, weshalb dein Host-OS nicht aktuell ist? Das Build 18362.1256 müßte vom Stand Dezember 2020 sein. Das könnte, muß aber nicht die Ursache sein.

Ich befuerchte mal, das Log ist tatsaechlich einfach nicht laenger...

Was sagt denn der Verursacher Panasonic zu dem Problem?

Nach dem was Du bisher anmerktest ist die VM auf einem anderen Rechner ok, und sogar ebenso auf diesem Laptop, bis zum Zeitpunkt der Installation von irgendwelchen "Treibern" von Panasonic. Wurde da mal genauer untersucht, was denn genau dabei alles installiert wird?

Und weil Du es bisher nicht explizit erwaehnt zu haben scheinst: Das Problem betrifft doch vmtl. nicht nur diese eine VM, oder?
