starten von vmware

hi habe ein hp pavilion ze4455ea ist der gleiche wie ze4400
folgendes problem nach der instalation von VMware-workstation-4.5.1-7568.i386.rpm hatte ich dan folgendes problem

ich konnte kein vmware starten sowie kein yast2 mehr obwohl yast2 vorher ging.
bin ein totaler n4p in sachen linux und grafik hab ich nie was gemacht ich weis aber das x server der grafik server ist :/. suse 9.1 hat das dür mich alles konfiguriert am anfang.
need help wie bekomm ich das zum laufen ,/.
