Appliance View Fehler

Hallo,
ich wollte nun "Appliance View" testen.
Mein PC:
Windows 7 (nun mit SP1) 64 bit - i7
Unter vmware habe ich Vista mit SP1 installiert.
Wenn ich nun die vm starte erscheint folgende Fehlermeldung:
Unable to connect to this appliance. The appliance may require further administration through the console view, or may be incorrectly configured.
Hat jemand ne Idee?
