VMware Workstation 6.0.2 PROBLEM

Moin zusammen....
Ich brauche ganz dringend eure Hilfe. Ich probiere seit 2 Tagen VMware Workstation v. 6.0.2 zu installieren.
Die Installation läuft ohne Probleme....das Programm startet auch. Dann erstelle ich nen virtuellen PC......läuft für max 20 Minuten.
Dann kriege ich diese Fehlermeldung beim starten der Maschine
VMware Workstation unrecoverable error: (mks)
Exception 0xc000008e has occurred.
A log file is available in "C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\maC\Eigene Dateien\My Virtual Machines\Windows XP Professional\vmware.log". A core file is available in "C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\maC\Anwendungsdaten\VMware\vmware-vmx-3008.dmp". Please request support and include the contents of the log file and core file.
To collect data to submit to VMware support, select Help > About and click "Collect Support Data". You can also run the "vm-support" script in the Workstation folder directly.
We will respond on the basis of your support entitlement.
Windows usw... habe ich gerade extra neu installiert.
