Instructions - setup:
use with MOA-max build
put files into R:\src and run esx-tools-015.exe

Creates wims:
add2win-015.wim
add2vm-015.wim

Instructions - regular use:
use with MOA-bandit or larger
put both wims into R:\_sfx_
run "esx-tools-015.exe run"
