Hallo,
ich habe ein kleines Problem mit unserem ESXI 4.1 Build 721871, da zwei Datastores mit einer wichtigen VM nach einem Neustart des Servers verschwunden sind!
Wir haben einen RAID-Controller mit 8 Platten in 4 RAID1-Verbünde aufgeteilt, alle sind vom Status her optimal, also kein Aufall o.ä., trotzdem fehlen zwei Datastores?!
Wenn ich auf "Speicher hinzufügen" gehe, kann ich das eine Volume theoretisch auswählen, allerdings will er ihn dann formatieren (will ich ja nicht, da sonst die VM gelöscht wird). Eine andere Option wird mir nicht angeboten.
Bei dem anderem Volume kommt die Fehlermledung:
Aufruf von "HostDatastoreSystem.QueryVmfsDatastoreCreateOptions" für Objekt "ha-datastoresystem" auf ESXi "vmware1" ist fehlgeschlagen.

Auf T1 und T4 komme ich nicht mehr drauf, der Rest funktioniert einwandfrei.
Hat wer von euche eine Idee und kann mir helfen?
Die Foren-SW läuft ohne erkennbare Probleme. Sollte doch etwas nicht funktionieren, bitte gerne hier jederzeit melden und wir kümmern uns zeitnah darum. Danke!
Verschwundener Datastore

Es sieht so aus, als ob bei den beiden fehlenden Datastores die FAT16 Partitionen fehlen!
