VirtualCenter 1.4

Hallo zusammen,

Neu gibt es ja nun das VirtualCenter 1.4, welches ich mir nun 'mal für eine "30-Tage Trail" installiert habe um meine "VMWare Server"-Images zu überwachen ...

Hatte jemand eine Ahnung ob man das VirtualCenter 1.4 einzeln (ohne Bundle wie "Infrastructure 3.0", ...) bekommen kann?
Wenn ja, wie es mit den Lizenzen aussieht? Ist für VirtualCenter 1.4 und jeden "VMWare Server" eine Lizenz notwendig?
Die Informationen auf der VMWare-Homepage sind einwenig verwirrend, und Preise findet man auch kein ...

VMware Releases VirtualCenter 1.4
VMware VirtualCenter 1.4 Update Now Available
Dear VMware VirtualCenter Customer,

We are pleased to announce that VMware VirtualCenter 1.4 is now
available as a no-cost update for VirtualCenter Support and
Subscription (SnS) contract holders.

This updated version adds support for VMware Server 1.0,
including mixed environments of ESX Server 2.x, GSX Server 3.x
and VMware Server 1.0 hosts. Note that new Agent licenses are
required for VMware Server hosts and need to be purchased
separately.

Additional information and documentation can be found in the
VirtualCenter 1.4 release notes. The Resolved Issues section also
contains a detailed listing of the other fixes included in this

Relation to VirtualCenter 2.0
-----------------------------

Please do not confuse VirtualCenter 1.4 with VirtualCenter 2.0.
VirtualCenter 1.4 is a continuation of the VirtualCenter 1.x
product line, whereas VirtualCenter 2.0 is part of VMware
Infrastructure 3 and includes support for ESX Server 3.0 along
with many advanced features.

Upgrade
--------

VirtualCenter Management Servers upgraded to version 1.4 will
also require that VirtualCenter clients be upgraded to version
1.4.
