request refers to an object that no longer exists

Hallo Leute,
habe dies hier schon im VMTN reingestellt, aber leider antwortet da keiner.
Habt Ihr eine Idee

After importing many guests (w2k3 server, xpp) from a vmware server to an esx3 server I get some strange behaviors.
First, the machine does power on an I can upgrade the vmware tools.
After powering off and setting the right network switch I can't power on the guest again - I get the error "request refers to an object that no longer exists or has never existed".
The structure is now like

The vmx and the log are looking okay.
